Reimbursement Directions:

First, watch the GroupMe for a discount code. Dues-paying members receive a discounted registration cost for Tar Heel 10.

Once you have signed up you will be redirected to a page confirming that you have registered. Take a screenshot of that page, be sure to include your name and the amount you paid for the race. Convert it to a PDF and send it to carolinaclubxc@gmail.com. Use the subject Tar Heel 10 Receipt in your email.

If you have 2 service credits on race day, club will reimburse you afterwards. Look to the Community Service page or reach out to our Service Chair with any questions you have about acquiring service credits.

We have a new incentive program!! If you have 4 service credits on race day, club will reimburse you afterwards for the Double Down race!

PLEASE NOTE:

CLUB WILL ONLY REIMBURSE UP TO THE COST FOR EITHER THE 10 MILE OR DOUBLE DOWN AT THE TIME YOU REGISTER WITH THE DISCOUNT CODE.
