Hi. Clubbers.
This week we are fortunate to have witnessed a true miracle on ice…
Runners trying to skate.

Silly skating shenanigans aside I’d like to wish the best of luck for all those racing in JDL Flat is Fast today! I hear this will be the last time they call it that because apparently the track is getting banked and will thus no longer flat. Maybe they’ll call it angled is agile or curved is quick. Does not have the same ring to it.
Alright, let’s get to some announcements.
1. Club Cheer kindly gave us their Woolen Weight room reservation TODAY AT 12:45-2! This is such a baller move from them so if you know anyone from club cheer be extra nice to them this week.
2. Habitat for Humanity signups are CLOSED for Saturday. If you are signed up we will organize drivers soon so hang tight.
3. If you are not going to Habitat, we will be doing a long run this weekend! Janie gets to decide where we go so if you’ve got suggestions try nagging her this week.
4. SIGNUPS FOR ONE CITY HALF MARATHON ARE OPEN. I highly encourage anyone and everyone to sign up because this is a sweet beach trip and our only major road race (other than TH10) this year. These races are my personal favorites that club does and this will act as our Cooper River replacement this year due to its conflict with Track Nationals.
5. PRACTICE IS MOVING BACK TO 5 THIS WEEK
THAT’S RIGHT
PRACTICE IS MOVING BACK TO 5 THIS WEEK
After much deliberation and test runs, we have decided it is reasonable to move practice back to 5 once more.
Here’s the schedule for the week.

Boom,
