Get hype for the week everybody, it’s going to be a good one – even my Dad is coming down to kick some swim-clubber butt on Saturday (they think they are going to beat my dad) (that’s not true) (and he’s almost 60…).   Now, I was going to send a picture of our awesome crew from last year here, but listserv isn’t okay with that because it was too good a photo for sendage (scam).  All I’ll say instead is that I can’t wait to see this year’s crew and to see how awesomely you guys run.

Now for the relevant stuff:

1. Packet pickup for Tar Heel 10 Miler is at Southern Village this year.  We will provide more details about packet pickup via GroupMe – whether it be a group run over Friday or an arrangement of car-rides, we will let you all know shortly!
2. We will be doing another Morrison pasta dinner this Friday.  We are currently planning for a 7pm dinner at Morrison in the lounge.  Mark your calendars!   We’ll send out a poll in the GroupMe prior to assess for allergies and other preferences.  
3. We have decided to add another track meet to our schedule, App State on April 27th.  Unfortunately, it has become clear that Charlotte is likely not going to be hosting their club meet this year, so we have looked for alternatives.  This is what we landed on!  It’ll be our last track race of the season and hopefully a good close to the year.  Race director Andrew will be sending more info in the Dues-Paying GroupMe soon enough.
4. As per usual, we’ll have the indoor track at Eddie Smith from 7-9pm tomorrow and the outdoor track at Finley Fields 6-8pm Wednesday, along with our usual Woolen weight room sessions on Monday and Wednesday at 8:15pm.
